A clean guest list saves you hours before the wedding. Here's how to build yours on TheWeddingLink and keep it in sync with RSVP responses.

Open Guest List

From your couple dashboard, go to Guests (or Guest List). This is your central place for names, contact details, and RSVP status.

Add guests one by one

Tap Add guest and enter name and phone or email. You can group guests by family, side of the wedding, or table later if your plan supports it.

Use the same phone format you use on WhatsApp so reminders and links are easy to send.

Import from a spreadsheet

If you already have a CSV or Excel list, use the import option (when available) to bulk-add guests. Check the template for required columns before uploading.

Link RSVPs automatically

When guests submit your RSVP form, their answers can match existing guest records or create new ones — review duplicates periodically so your count stays accurate.
