Every wedding.
One place
for the work.

Create an event (project) for each booking - optionally linked to a CRM enquiry so names, dates, and city carry over. On the event page you manage team, payments, the project gallery, the couple website shortcut, and a full activity log instead of chasing threads across apps.

Hub per wedding - not five apps
How it works

From enquiry to delivery -
without tab overload.

Each event is a single page in your studio: the same client context as your CRM, plus the operational tabs you actually use week to week.

01.
Start an event from your projects list. Link it to a CRM enquiry when you have one - client name, wedding date, city, and email or phone stay attached. Add title, optional contract amount, date range, and internal notes in one form.
Create an event
and link CRM
02.
Open the event: add studio users or name-only crew as members with roles, track agreed fees next to payouts, upload into folders, record client and staff-side payments, and jump to the couple website when their site exists.
Run the job
in one screen
03.
The Activity tab keeps a running log of what changed on the event - useful when editors or second shooters move work forward. Grant employees gallery access without giving them your full financial view.

What you actually
get on each
event page.

The product is not a separate Gantt-style planner - it is the same event workspace your team opens after a booking: members, money, gallery, the couple site, and a chronological activity log.

The difference

A spreadsheet
is not a
project system.

Colour-coded Google Sheets and shared notes only feel organised. The moment you have 6 weddings overlapping, everything breaks down. Here's what changes when you use a real tool.

✕ Spreadsheets & notes
✓ TheWeddingLink
😓Client phone number in the CRM, gallery in Drive, payouts in a sheet - nothing talks to each other
Enquiry-linked events keep client context next to gallery and payments
🤦Second shooter asks "where do I upload?" - you resend links for the fifth time
📷Project gallery + share controls live on the same event page
📊Agreed fees for editors tracked in WhatsApp; payouts tracked somewhere else
👥Team tab shows members, agreed amounts, and paid totals in one table
🤷No record of who changed what when something looks wrong
📋Activity tab lists changes on the event for the studio
💸Client payments noted informally - hard to reconcile at tax time
💰Payments tab holds dated entries with amount, method, and reference
Capabilities

What fits inside
each event.

📋
Enquiry-linked events

Tie an event to a CRM enquiry so client name, wedding date, city, and contact fields stay connected. One enquiry can only map to one project - duplicates are blocked.

👥
Team & payouts

Add studio accounts or name-only crew with roles. Where your workspace supports it, store agreed fees per member and compare them to staff payments logged on the event.

💰
Payment log

Record project payments with category, amount, currency, method, reference, and date. Keep a clear history alongside contract amount on the event.

📷
Project gallery

Folders and uploads scoped to the event, plus share gallery and optional theme or cover customisation - the same delivery surface you use for clients, anchored to the booking.

🌐
Website shortcut

When the enquiry has a couple website, open it from the event. No copy-pasting slugs between tools.

📋
Activity & access modes

Owners and project members see the full hub; employees of the studio can use a gallery-focused view without owner tabs. Activity lists what happened on the event.

Couples use the gallery link - not a separate "project portal"
Progress for your client is the gallery and website products; the event page stays your studio operations hub.
What studios say

Studios that wanted
one hub per wedding.

★★★★★
"We stopped bouncing between a CRM export, a payment sheet, and Drive folders. The event page is where we add crew, log cheques, and share the gallery - finally one thread per couple."
Aarav Sharma
Lens & Light Studio, Delhi
★★★★★
"Second shooters used to text me for upload links. Now they hit the same event gallery we use for delivery. Owners see payments and members; crew stay in their lane."
Priya Arora

★★★★★
"Activity isn't glamorous but it matters - when a fee or folder changed, I can see who did it. Paired with the enquiry link, context stays with the job."

FAQ

Common questions,
answered.

More questions? Email our team - we reply within 4 hours.

No. You can create an event with just a title. When you do have a CRM enquiry, link it during creation so client fields and wedding date stay attached. Only one active project may be linked to a given enquiry; the form blocks duplicates.

No. Couples interact through your gallery share and (when you use it) their wedding website. The event page is for your studio: team, payments, gallery management, site shortcut, and activity. Internal notes stay on your side.

By default, Trial allows up to 2 clients and 2 projects; Pro and Ultimate include unlimited projects (and unlimited clients). If your studio uses custom plan rows in the database, those numbers can differ. Free capacity on capped plans by archiving or removing events you no longer need.

Studio owners and invited project members see the full tab set (team, payments, gallery, website, activity) according to their role. Studio employees who are not on the member list get a gallery-focused view so they can upload and work without seeing owner financial tabs.

Yes. Enquiries supply context for linked events. The Gallery tab is the same delivery surface described on our gallery feature page - folders, uploads, and share links. Payments are logged per event; there is no automatic invoice or milestone reminder engine in this hub today.

The live app does not include a Gantt-style milestone planner, template-generated task lists, or automated deadline push alerts on the event. Use dates and contract fields for planning context; rely on your CRM follow-ups and the activity log for coordination. The hero illustration is stylised, not a pixel-perfect screenshot.
